This issue is interconnected with inclusive education. The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The bachelor's thesis is focused on an elementary school aged student with mild intellectual disabilities - a comparison of education in inclusive schools and those established according to paragraph 16 of the Schools Act. The aim of the research is to compare the education of pupils with mild intellectual disabilities at a primary school established under paragraph 16 section 9 of the Schools Act and at an inclusive primary school. The sub-objective is to establish whether there are differences between the two types of schools in terms of providing conditions for pupils with mild intellectual disabilities. The theoretical part contains four main chapters. The first chapter characterizes the period of an elementary school aged student. The following chapter focuses on intellectual disability, especially mild intellectual disability. The third chapter deals with the system of care and services for children with intellectual disabilities and their legal representative. The last chapter of the theoretical part is focused on the education of pupils with intellectual disabilities. This chapter mentions the education of pupils with intellectual disabilities before 1989, after 1989 and the current educational opportunities of these pupils, while the chapter also focuses on the current educational opportunities of pupils with mild intellectual disabilities. A qualitative method was used for the research part, namely semi-structured interviews. The research showed that there are some differences between the two types of schools. Differences emerged in staffing conditions, the use of special education resources and the application of an individual approach to pupils. This bachelor's thesis contributes to the knowledge of the current situation in the education of pupils with mild mental disabilities.

This thesis is deliberative to working the curriculum in natural science. It contains two propsal of tourist excursions and one demonstration lesson. Its aim is to create a positive bearing of pupils to the nature and its protection in amusing way and to strenghten the knowledge of basic principles of the nature science with taking full use of interdisciplinar relations. The thesis is designed for pupils of the 4 th. class of primary school with educational program RVP ZV next for pupils of 4 th. {--} 8 th. year-class of primary school with educational program {--} the enclosure modulating education of pupils with light mental handicap. The work sheets are cretated for the lesson and the short trips into natural surroundings and contains the tasks aimed for separate stands.
Distance education of a pupil with mild mental retardation during the COVID-19 pandemic: case study

This bachelor thesis is focused on the distance education of a pupil with mild mental retardation during the COVID-19 pandemic. It should capture the benefits and disadvantages of this type of education. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines the concepts of the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact of it on education. Furthermore is described the distance education and its types. There is defined the mental retardation, its etiology, classification and the definition of a mild mental retardation. The theoretical part also describes the education of people with mental disabilities and their education during compulsory schooling. Further is described the elementary school in Vokovice, its school's educational program and the division of the students into classes in the year according to the level of support. For the practical part was used the method of qualitative research with the help of semi- structured and narrative interviews with parents, the student's class teacher and with the student herself, and with the help of observation in the home and school environment. PhDr. Jan Šiška, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: This thesis is focused on the employment of people with Mild mental retardation in an IT company particularly related to potential positions and job content. The aim is to identify employment opportunities for people with Mild mental retardation, to define the obstacles and to suggest possible solution for the company. The theoretical basis for the thesis is classification of mental retardation, options to involve people with Mild mental retardation in the work process and rules for employment of people with disabilities on the open labour market. There was used empirical - analytical approach, comparison and semi-structured interview. The outcome of the research is that it is impossible to hire an employee with Mild mental retardation but a practice can be organized. Development of the reading literacy of children with mild mental disabilities

The theme of this diploma thesis is the development of literacy of pupils with mild intellectual disability. This thesis is divided into 5 parts. The key words such as literacy, reading literacy, pupil with a mild intellectual disability and schooling of pupils with mild intellectual disability, are described in the first four parts. Chapter number five is the empirical part of the thesis. The aim of this thesis is to find out the level of the reading literacy of pupils with mild intellectual disability at the school for mentally retarded children. A handbook supporting the development of the reading literacy for pupils with mild intellectual disability has been written based on this result. Methods of quantitative research have been used to obtain the final results. One of the research instruments was also a nonofficial test of reading literacy that has for its purpose to determine the level of the reading literacy of mildly mentally disabled pupils. Influence school legislation from 2016 to process Primary School Práčská

This bachelor work deals with problematics of Czech modern education. It describes a new scholastic legislation and its influence on the operation of a primary school, established along §16 par. 9 Education Act. This work acquaints with history and development of special education. It work highlights an important role of school advisory institutions, which have a fundamental importance for assessment of support measures and placing pupils to educational institutions. The bachelor work describes the most common diagnoses of pupils with special educational needs and the most important points of the current scholastic legislation. The practical part of the bachelor work introduces the primary school Práčská, on which the research was made. I used a method of document analysis, for which was used a technique of long-term report, and a method of qualitative research with a technique of semi-structured interview. The final part of this work is dedicated to evaluation of the new scholastic legislation's influence and its impact on the primary school Práčská.
Employment of Persons Suffering from Mild Intellectual Disability in Kladno region

The aim of this thesis is to analyse employment of people suffering from mild intellectual disability. The thesis briefly describes those learning difficulties and selects a mild intellectual disability from a wide range of other mental disabilities. The text is based on the fact that people with learning difficulties are able to work, live in a family and become members of the society as well as to be independent citizens. However, there is a necessity to help those people not only with regard to their educational process, but also on the labour market, which is apparently highly competitive even for people without any special needs. The thesis is also focused on various possibilities of people suffering from learning difficulties in the terms of enabling them to get a job. In accordance with the regulation on mild intellectual disability people, the thesis suggests many of suitable positions within service industry. Owing to the fact that people with this type of disease are under protection of the law, and that there are some incentives for employers, nowadays it is much easier to find them a job. Specific of the school education for pupils with mild mental disability in the physical education classes with the choice to implement yoga elements

The thesis focuses on the issue of education of pupils with the slight mental disabilities in physical education classes, taking into account the possibility to implement elements of yoga and relaxation and its later influence on the pupils. In the theoretical section, the goal is to analyze the groundwork of term base for the quantitative research, examine the expression of a light mental disability, and engage with the physical education and concepts of yoga and relaxation. The empirical section focuses on development of the methodical resources for the teacher and subsequent assessment in the elementary school's enviroment.
